Contact The Seller!
If you know the seller:
- Contact the seller first to let them know you will be sharing their contact information with us, and that we may contact them.

We Do The Work!
Initial Contact:
- We will contact the seller for an initial conversation to understand the seller's needs and wants with the property.
- If we feel it is a "fit", we will perform a phase 1 due diligence review of the property.
- Our goal is to build solutions and create win-win solutions for seller's that need help!​​

Step 4
The Solution!
Due Diligence Phase 2 & Closing!
- Due Diligence Phase 2 involves a detailed analysis of the property, including revenues, expensed, property assessment, etc.
- At this point, we're likely getting specialists involved (e.g. lawyers, inspectors, appraisers).
