About Todd

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

For more than 30 years, I have been helping organizations improve how work gets done.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a simple question: Is there a better way? Whether working in telecommunications, utilities, federal government, consulting, or my own businesses, I naturally look for opportunities to simplify complexity, improve efficiency, and create better outcomes.

My professional journey began as a Computer Operator and progressed to Director, Process Engineering and Director, Operations at Sprint Canada (Call-Net Enterprises). I later supported major outsourcing and service management initiatives at Hydro One and currently contribute to modernization initiatives at Natural Resources Canada through requirements management, governance support, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

What I enjoy most is understanding how processes work. I help organizations identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, clarify requirements, improve reporting, and create practical solutions that support long-term success.

I believe the best process improvements are not the most complicated—they are the ones that make work easier, more efficient, and more effective for the people involved.

Today, I work with organizations seeking to improve operational performance, modernize processes, support transformation initiatives, and create sustainable improvements that deliver measurable results.
